TOMS - Trigger Emails Campaign
I led this project from start to finish, developing the overall trigger email design strategy with a consumer-first mindset. My responsibilities included concepting, designing and illustrating, strategizing across multi-channel communication, presenting to stakeholders, and delivering final assets. A key focus was ensuring the collection felt deeply branded, visually aligning with our colors, mission, and values, while designing it with longevity and timelessness in mind. By creating a flexible, templatized system, seasonal updates could be made easily by simply swapping imagery.
Throughout the process, I conducted multiple presentations, guiding stakeholders through the customer journey to ensure clarity and alignment at every stage.
In total, this project encompassed over 100 emails and dynamic banners. Below are a handful of examples from the customer’s journey as a subscriber.
